Privacy policy

Last updated 26 September 2026
The short version: the only personal information this website collects is what you type into the demo request form. We do not use cookies, analytics or trackers of any kind. We do not sell or share your details with anyone.

Who this policy is from

This website is operated by [Your registered company name], registered at [Your registered address], India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "Manan" means the service described on this site.

For anything relating to your personal data, write to [privacy@yourdomain.com].

What we collect

When you submit the demo form

We collect exactly the fields on that form, and nothing else:

  • Your name
  • Your work email address
  • Your phone number
  • Your company name
  • The product category you are asking about
  • Your optional note, if you write one

You choose what to put in these boxes. Please do not enter anything sensitive — we do not need it and we do not want it.

Automatically, when any page loads

Our hosting provider keeps standard server access logs, as every web host does. These record the IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. We do not read these logs routinely; they exist for security and fault-finding, and the host deletes them on its own schedule.

What we do not collect

  • No cookies. This site sets none. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
  • No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording.
  • No third-party requests. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading this page does not tell Google, or anyone else, that you visited.
  • No advertising or profiling. We do not build a profile of you and we do not retarget you.

Why we use it

One reason only: to prepare and hold the conversation you asked for. That means replying to you, running the category audit you requested, and arranging the demo call.

We will not add you to a marketing list, and we will not email you about anything unrelated to your request.

Who else can see it

No one buys, rents or receives your details from us. Two service providers necessarily handle the data in the course of their normal work:

  • Our web hosting provider, which stores the site and the form submissions on its servers.
  • Our email provider, which delivers the request to our inbox and our reply to yours.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it — for example, a valid order from a court or a government authority.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Form submissions are stored on our hosting in India and in our email inbox.

If we do not end up working together, we delete your submission within 24 months. If we do, your details are kept for as long as we work together and for the period afterwards that Indian tax and company law requires us to keep business records.

You can ask us to delete them sooner. See the next section.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data of yours we hold, and who we have shared it with;
  • correct anything that is wrong, incomplete or out of date;
  • delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it;
  • withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form — as easily as you gave it;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.

Email [privacy@yourdomain.com] and we will act within 30 days. There is no charge.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Access to the inbox and the hosting account is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but the amount of data we hold is deliberately small, which is itself the best protection we can offer you.

Children

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to us and we will delete them.

Links to other sites

Our writing sometimes links to pages we do not control. Once you follow such a link, this policy no longer applies — the other site's does.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your details, we will tell you by email.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first — most things are quickest to fix directly.

Email: [grievance@yourdomain.com]

If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
